Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

Returns and Exchanges
The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases. All store purchases may only be returned to Stores within the country of original purchase. Please contact for Return Policy information.
- FINAL SALES: All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, cosmetics, jewelry and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
- For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags and sanitary liner (for swimwear) intact and must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.
Gift Card can be purchased online for use at our retail stores and for online purchases. A gift card can be purchased in denominations of $10, $15, $20, $25, $30, $40, $50, $75, $100, and $150. The Gift Card can be redeemed at any stores nationwide. Purchases will be deducted from the card value until the balance
